Zahira Soul radiates pure light and positive energy on stage and will bring you on a journey beyond time and space. I have heard no voice like hers but to give you an idea, some say her stylistic tone is a mix between Aretha Franklin, Erykah Badu, Christina Aguilera, Sheila Chandra and Norah Jones.

[ 5:30p - 7:30p ] - Jelly Bread
Emerging out of Reno, NV, is a tour de force of full frontal funk, thoroughly steeped in a Rock-Americana style, with a dash of rollicking indie alt-rock radio appeal. The band is fronted by award winning songwriter and lap steel player, Dave Berry, and vocalist and beast of drummer, Cliff Porter. The band’s ability to meld the elements of a high desert twang and Oakland funk & rock through musical alchemy produces a chameleonic playlist highlighted by dual vocals that bounce between native chanting at a bluegrass barbeque and a gospel singer fronting a rock band at a Sunday morning service.

[ 7:55p - 10:00p ] - Polyrhythmics
Original hard-driving, modern afro-beat and syncopated, horn-driven funk. That is the recipe that Polyrhythmics have crafted and delivered to packed clubs, and festival crowds up and down the west coast in the past 3 years. The 8 members of this dynamic world-beat orchestra, weave a clever web of deep, hypnotic grooves, creative, yet melodic interplay, clever horn-hooks, and searing solos that ignite every dance-floor that has laid before them.

[ 10:30p - 1:00a ] - Kinetic Origins of Rhythm (KOR)
Electro-tribal music with conscious "mantra styled" lyrics. KOR’s music is an electric-organic hybrid of modern technology, combining live drums and a rare instrument known as a Midi-Harp. Their sound is comprised of tribal-dance rhythms and pop-styled vocals that embody a message of Oneness. Their show includes projected visuals for an extra sensory experience.
